Price Adjustments

3.1 Phillip Lim will offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price items purchased within seven days of the item being placed on sale on 31philliplim.com. Please be aware that the exact style, size, and color must be available for purchase at the time of request. All approved sale adjustments will be credited to the cardholder in the original form of payment within ten business days.

We are unable to offer a price adjustment on items originally purchased on sale or during any special promotion where the item was temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no further price adjustments can be honored.

Price Matching

3.1 Phillip Lim will price match items placed on sale by another authorized retailer or online store, pending 3.1 Phillip Lim's approval.

We ask that you please provide the item on 31philliplim.com you are interested in purchasing, your full name, an e-mail address / daytime telephone number where we can contact you, and the retailer that carries the identical item at a lower price. We will seek to verify the lower price independently, but may need some additional help from you to do so. We guarantee to provide you a response within three business days.
