Fall / Winter 2023 marks the second chapter in our New York City story, Someday, Somehow, Somewhere. Where Pre-Fall 2023 set a foundation and hinted at the raw American dream – hope, heart and a fighting spirit – Fall / Winter 2023 is both its realization and its juxtaposition; exploration of identity and zip codes results in continual experimentation of the wardrobe. What was daytime is now nighttime, what was a nascent west side story, is now east side elegance, the preppy Upper East Side of Gatsby and Truman Capote, but with an undone, rebellious feel. The narrative has evolved – as one’s New York story tends to do – and Fall / Winter 2023 has turned the clock forward, romancing the nighttime; life lived in twilight.
