Resort ‘23 explores a layer of “off-duty” for the 3.1 Phillip Lim woman.  The mood is bold, confident, expressive yet always effortlessly cool.  This woman has never been a wall flower; she’s independent and streetwise, her style exudes ownership of her expressive point-of-view and uncomplicated vibe.
